1. LET’S MEET
Hello! Our first step is the most important step in building. We meet and discuss your vision, style and budget. It is not only about building but to make sure we are a good fit together. It is important for us to understand each other’s expectations and be transparent with each other during the construction process. You are trusting us with building your home, we want to make sure we exceed our expectations in building your new home. This is where we are getting to know you! We discuss your budget, vision and timeline prior to moving forward.
2. FINANCIAL INVESTMENT
Fixed-Cost Pricing is how we approach our new home builds. We will go into the details of the home and provide a fixed-price. Once all is agreed on, a contract with deposit is required and then we move into the next step of getting into the specific design of the home. You may have a house plan or we customize a house plan for you.
3. ARCHITECTURE
At Elite Pacific Homes, we understand the importance of your dream home and want to deliver stunning designs. We have design homes in different styles: Modern and Contemporary to Craftsman Style and Traditional whether it be in the city or on the outskirts on acreages. Now that you have decided to move ahead with Elite Pacific Homes, we start the process of designing your custom plan with our Architect. This is a crucial step as your home plan is customized to meet your lifestyle. We also have in-home plans that are ready to go or you may have your own home plan. All options are welcome. Once approved by you, we move ahead and apply for City Permits.
4. CITY PERMITS + APPROVALS
Once our clients have approved their plans, we complete all the necessary paperwork for the required permits and we submit them to the City for approval. During this wait time we also start confirming the interior and exterior design of your new home with our Interior Designer.
5. INTERIOR DESIGN
Now we get into the exciting part where we talk design! We discuss your vision thoroughly to make sure the home design fits your vision and lifestyle. We get to know what’s important to you. We discuss colours, textures, products for your home and provide you with top quality options for your home. We pay particular attention to detail in each room; Kitchen, Main areas, Bathrooms, Stairways, Primary bedrooms
6. CONSTRUCTION
We build homes that are designed to align in your vision and built to meet your expectations. Our suppliers and tradesman are reputable and work diligently as a team to assure the construction of your home goes seamless. We will have a few meetings to go through each Construction process. We perform regular site visits to assure the new build is going as expected per timeline and keep you up to date with the build.
